Myopia Management

Enter the child (or adult) profile, compare treatment trajectories, and get a reasoned, evidence-ranked plan — spectacles, contact lenses, atropine, ortho-k, red light and combinations.

Clinical basis, model and references

The projection applies an age-banded population progression rate (Donovan 2012 / COMET anchors, tapering to a small residual adult term, with a ~1.4× East-Asian multiplier) and slows it by each treatment's published control percentage, shown as a band to reflect between-trial uncertainty. Ortho-k and RLRL are scored on axial length. The plan engine ranks brand-neutral categories by evidence and age suitability; products are listed as equal examples and never change the ordering. Model values and wording require practitioner review before being treated as settled.

Population reference values for a deterministic, explainable projection — not diagnosis. Sources reviewed 22 July 2026. Clinical wording, band values and product labels require practitioner review before wider release.
